Launch of a furniture brand.
Creation and launch of a furniture brand. Our team accomplished several tasks:
- brand development,
- content creation,
- website launch, and
- preparation of materials for offline stores and dealers.
The work was completed on a tight deadline, meeting multiple milestones and deadlines.
I was responsible for 3D content creation and organized the work of some freelancers and contractors. As part of this project, I accomplished the following tasks:
- Created concept interiors for the website and catalog.
- Created 3D visualizations for the website and catalog.
- Created concept interiors for the website and catalog.
- Created 3D visualizations for the website and catalog.
- Developed visual materials for brand books and dealer materials.
- Assigned tasks to freelancers and checked their completed work.
- Assigned tasks to freelancers and checked their completed work.
I was involved in the project as a designer at all stages, from initial brand sketches to recommendations for furniture placement in regional showrooms.

Project management for such a task was challenging due to the sheer number of products, potential confusion, fragmented and variable client information, and tight deadlines. However, we successfully managed these challenges systematically in all functions.
As a result, the project was on time. The client is happy and proud that the project is running successfully and is popular with dealers.
